Beloved husband of Hazel of 43 years. Loving father of Dorothy Penny (Brian), and adopted daughter Julia Smith (Tim). Grandfather of Billie Penny and Becky Penny (Nick). Great grandfather of Oliver and Finley. Brother of Marilyn (late Albert), Pauline (Dean), Betty (late Richard), Jean (Ken), Doreen (late Frank), Donna (Don), Tim (Myrna), Joe (Christine). Will be missed by many lifelong friends, nephews and nieces, sister-in-law Susan and so many more. Bill requested no funeral service, but a celebration of life at a later date. Donations to the OSPCA would be appreciated by the family.
